Homemade cashew caramel popcorn recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cups Brown Sugar1 Cup White Sugar1 Tablespoon Sea Salt1/3 Cup Karo Syrup1 Tablespoon Baking Soda1 Stick Butter1 Cups Cashews 1 1/4 Cups Popcorn

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Add brown sugar, white sugar, salt, baking soda into one bowl.
Step 2: Add into measuring cup.
Step 3: Add karo syrup.
Step 4: Put all ingredients into the hot pot.
Step 5: Turn on heat on the stove.
Step 6: At 200° add butter (stick butter).
Step 7: At 225° turn off heat, add cashews and popcorn.
Step 8: Let turn until the popcorn is evenly coated.
Step 9: Pour popcorn onto pan & separate with spoon and scoop to prevent from sticking.
