INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup OF Melted Cheese1 Cup Louisiana hot Sauce
Taco Seasoning Powder (for sprinkling)

Popcorn or Popped Popping Corn in the 1-1/4 Gallon Bucket (fill popcorn in a bowl)

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Scoop 1 scoops of cheese into a measuring
Step 2: Melt down the cheese in the microwave until it is melted down to 1 cup. (If cheese is not completely melted, press the ‘Start’ button on the microwave to allow 30 more seconds to melt to a complete liquid.
Step 3: After Cheese is melted down by the microwave. Add popcorn to the bowl/level of the 1-1/4 bucket & pour it into the pot.
Step 4: Turn ‘ON’ the button to the right of the pot so popcorn may begin tumbling.
Step 5: Add 1 cup of the HOT Sauce to the melted cheese & stir it until it is thoroughly mixed.
Step 6: Slowly pour the melted cheese mix with the HOT Sauce onto the popcorn as the POT turns until popcorn is thoroughly coated. Then shake on Cheese powder about 7 times onto the popcorn.
