At Yum Yum’s Gourmet Popcorn, we take pride in preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality gourmet popcorn and specialty treats. Because our products are food items intended for consumption, the following policies apply to all purchases.
Food Products – Final Sale
All popcorn, snacks, and other edible products are final sale and non-returnable once they have left our store or been delivered. This policy exists to protect food safety, quality, and freshness.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photos or additional information to help evaluate the issue.
Once verified, Yum Yum’s Gourmet Popcorn may, at its discretion:
Replace the affected item(s), or
Issue a refund or store credit for the affected item(s)
Taste preferences or personal dissatisfaction do not qualify for refunds.
Shipping & Order Processing
Most in-stock items ship via UPS, USPS, or other standard carriers. Orders placed by 4:00 PM CST typically ship the same business day, subject to payment approval and product availability. All orders ship complete unless “ship partial” is requested at the time of order.
If a preferred item, container, or tin is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you promptly with updated shipping information.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling estimates are provided at checkout when possible. Actual shipping costs may vary based on order weight, size, destination, and carrier requirements. If additional shipping charges apply, we will make a reasonable effort to notify you prior to shipment.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available upon request using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Requests must be made by 4:00 PM CST. Expedited shipping fees are often higher than standard rates. By requesting expedited delivery, you agree to the applicable charges.
International Orders
International shipping is available by request. Shipping costs, taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us prior to ordering for an exact quote.
In-Store Purchases
All in-store purchases are final sale. Customers are encouraged to inspect items before leaving the store. Any concerns should be addressed immediately at the time of purchase.
Custom, Gift, and Bulk Orders
Custom orders, specialty flavors, gift tins, party favors, fundraising orders, and bulk purchases are non-refundable, except in cases of verified error or defect caused by us. For large or bulk orders, photo documentation may be required to process a claim.
Third-Party Delivery Services
Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms, including DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, or similar services, are governed by the policies of those platforms.
Yum Yum’s Gourmet Popcorn does not issue refunds, credits, or replacements for third-party delivery orders, including issues related to delivery delays, driver handling, missing items, or incorrect delivery. Customers must contact the delivery service directly.
Non-Food Merchandise
Non-food merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange if unused and in original condition, subject to management approval. Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may delay resolution and are subject to review.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.
